Happy New Year!
Yesterday I needed a quick and easy dinner, I had run 25 kilometers and was hungry, needed carbohydrates, but some should also be healthy it if you please ..... hmmm, there was already a few days ago such a cabbage on the worktop in the kitchen, the last would be recovered once .... So he was kleingeschnippelt spontaneously and fried crisp in a pan with coconut oil. Then, properly seasoned with salt and pepper. Parallel simmering on the stove side whole wheat farfalle were before him, who were, after al dente, mixed with the cabbage. I think there a quick and easy dinner is not - and it was soooo delicious, no joke. That gives it more often!
