this week I was on a business trip to Dusseldorf, and on this occasion I am quite settled back into the saturated green . I was for the "real" dinner offer, unfortunately a bit too early, but I was still very tasty enough, namely
- a sweet potato-ginger-coconut soup,
- a lentil salad with beetroot, gherkins and parsley,

The highlight was not even the food, although it was super delicious - no, what I liked best was an old lady who has two tables away sat and just as I enjoyed her vegan dinner, it was estimated that approximately 70-80 years old.
And she wore a big button on her sweater, who said "LET'S GO VEGAN!"
So if somebody says that Vegansein only what is for younger idealists? The lady was SO cute, I could smooch her. =)
