pumpkin-pear soup with white beans

Here is the recipe for Mrs. Flower Moon (and all others who like it):
2 Hokkaido pumpkin
2 onions
2 barrels (more solid)
4 tbsp lemon juice
10 g pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons syrup (pear juice or agave syrup )
1 liter of vegetable broth 2 cans
beans, white
3 spring onions 1 stalk
herb marjoram, salt and pepper Italian

Core and dice the pumpkin.
Peel the onions and also cut into cubes.

Add the pear juice and caramelize a little. Pour in the broth
once and bring to a boil. Over medium heat about 5 minutes to boil. Add pears. In the end, add beans. Another 10 minutes on medium heat and cook.

pluck the marjoram and add along with Italian herbs and spring onions. 2 - 3 minutes mitgaren.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with the pumpkin seeds.
