Charlie and I had fooled us straight to. And tomorrow, there is the delicious soup again!
Here is the recipe for their own rabbits creation:
pumpkin-banana-coconut soup
Ingredients:
400 ml coconut milk
500 ml vegetable stock
1 large Hokkaido pumpkin
a sweet potato (optional )
3 bananas 1 onion, large
a thumb-sized piece fresh ginger
coconut oil 2 tsp curry, mild
(or: Herbaria spice Colors Jaipur ")
salt
pepper
Preparation: Heat
oil in a pan, chop onion and in it fry
chopped pumpkin (and sweet potato, if admit any) and add briefly sauté, chopped ginger, with the. vegetable deglaze, add the curry powder.
cook the soup until the pumpkin (and sweet potato, if any) is cooked, then add banana pieces, then add coconut milk. puree with a hand blender and season to taste with salt and pepper.
